turn left or right sign printable pdf
A blue mandatory sign requiring the driver to turn either left or right at the point that follows, because continuing straight on is impossible or not permitted. The forked arrow inside the disc shows the two available options.
Where is it used and when is it required?
Used at the end of aisles in car parks, residential compounds and malls, and in front of barriers or work areas that close the way ahead on construction sites and temporary road works. This version is intended for private and internal roads; signs on public roads must be installed by the municipality or the competent roads authority.
Regulation notes
Signage on public roads in Saudi Arabia and the UAE is the responsibility of the municipality or the competent roads authority, and must follow the GCC traffic sign manual for shape, colour and size. These files are intended for private property, car parks and temporary site use, and are not a substitute for official road signs.
- Mount it on a post with the bottom edge no lower than 2.0 m and no higher than 2.5 m above the road surface.
- Use A3 at aisle ends and entrances; A4 is enough inside covered car parks and tight spaces.
- Reflective material matters on routes used after dark; matte prints disappear under headlights.
