Refunds
If something you bought is not right for you, ask within 14 days and we refund the full amount. You do not have to give a reason.
14 days, no questions
The 14 days start from the date on your receipt. Ask within them and we refund everything you paid, whether you bought one sign or a kit, and whether or not you have downloaded anything.
How to ask
Email support@qalib.app from the address you used at checkout, with the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt if you have it.
What happens next
We refund you through Lemon Squeezy, which processes our payments, to the card or account you paid with. Lemon Squeezy says a refund can take up to 10 days to show on your statement, where the charge appears as LEMSQZY* STORE. Once the refund is made we switch off the licence key, so anything you download after that carries the watermark again.
Files that do not work
If a file will not open or does not print as it should and we cannot fix it, we refund you even after the 14 days.
