order pickup sign
A sign marking where customers and delivery riders collect a finished order, keeping them separate from the ordering queue so people are not crowding the till and names are not shouted across the room.
Where is it used and when is it required?
Mounted above the collection end of the counter in cafés, quick-service restaurants and juice bars, and at the collection window for delivery-app riders (HungerStation, Jahez, Talabat and others) in cloud kitchens and restaurants with heavy rider traffic. The busier the shop, the more it needs the order point and the pickup point kept apart.
- Hang it from the ceiling or fix it to the wall above the pickup point at 1.8–2.0 m so it shows above waiting heads.
- A4 is enough for small cafés; use A3 in large restaurants and at rider windows.
- Keep Arabic above English, and pair it with an Order Here sign at the opposite end so traffic flows one way.
