What does this sign mean?
A warning sign telling the driver that a speed bump or road hump lies ahead, so speed must be reduced before reaching it to avoid an impact and vehicle damage. The pictogram shows a car riding over a raised hump in the road profile.
Where does it go and when is it required?
Used ahead of humps in residential compounds and in mall, hospital, school and hotel car parks, and on circulation routes at construction sites and temporary road works. This version is intended for private and internal roads; signs on public roads must be installed by the municipality or the competent roads authority.

- Mount it on a post with the bottom edge 2.0–2.5 m above the road surface, far enough ahead of the hump to allow slowing down.
